Our Refund Policy explains how we deal with payments in relation to our website, software and services.

Our Refund Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access SMM Nova (website/service/software).

Basic Terms

  1. This Refund Policy applies to all SMM Nova products.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, all the terms in our refund policy must be matched.
  3. We reserved the right, in our sole discretion, to change our Refund Policy at any time without any notice. It’s your responsibility to keep up with the policies and regularly check for updates. We will make a note when we feel it’s needed.
  4. All the payments are final and after you receive and activate the software, you won’t be able to obtain a refund. It’s your responsibility to research the features and functionalities of the software before purchasing.

Refund Terms

In some cases, we accept refund requests for some of the following reasons:

  1. Non-delivery
    Sometimes, there might be issues with the delivery of the software to you after purchasing. It could be caused because of several reasons, such as mailing issues between email providers, payment processor(s) delay and so on. In such case, you should open a ticket as soon as possible and request assistance. If you don’t contact us within 7 days of your order, we’ll consider the software as delivered and downloaded.
  2. Downloading and unzipping issues
    In case of downloading and unzipping issues, you should open a support ticket and request assistance. If you do not contact us within 7 days of your order, we will consider the software as successfully delivered and used.
  3. Product not as described
    If you believe the product is not as described, please contact us and describe the issue with as many details as possible within 7 days of your order. We take this very serious and we would appreciate it if you do as well. Any false complaints or expectations from the clients will be taken seriously and might result in license termination.

You are required to request assistance within one week if you encounter any of the above issues. Our support team will help you sort it out. In case of no solution, you will be given a full refund.
